What is Entama Events?
Entama Events is an event management platform for reservations, tickets, payments, seating, and check-in.
Who is Entama for?
For event organisers: cultural associations, dances, galas, conferences, performances, and any event that needs organisation.
Is technical knowledge required?
No. Entama is designed for event teams, not technical users. The platform is simple and easy to use.

Tickets & payments

Does Entama support online payments?
Yes. Entama supports online card payments for tickets.
Does Entama support pre-printed tickets?
Yes. You can use e-tickets, pre-printed tickets, or both.
How do I see who has paid?
Entama clearly shows payment status for every reservation and ticket in the dashboard.

Reservations

Can I also accept phone reservations?
Yes. Entama Events supports online, phone, in-person, and walk-up reservations.
Can I see all reservations in one list?
Yes. All reservations from every channel appear in the reservation list with filters and search.
Is there a capacity limit?
Yes. You can set a capacity limit for each event and per booking channel.

Seating

Can I manage table seating?
Yes. You can create a floor plan and assign guests to tables.
Does it support VIP tables?
Yes. You can mark tables as VIP and manage VIP guests separately.
Can I see which tables are full?
Yes. The floor plan shows the capacity and occupancy of each table in real time.

Check-in

How does check-in work?
Your entrance team can scan QR tickets or search by ticket code or pre-printed number.
What does the team see during check-in?
During check-in, payment status, table assignment, and entry status are shown immediately.
What happens if the same ticket is scanned twice?
The system detects the duplicate scan and immediately alerts the entrance team.

Guest self-service

Can guests manage their booking?
Yes, if the organiser enables it and before the configured deadline.
Can guests view their ticket?
Yes. Guests with an e-ticket receive an email with a QR code and can view their ticket online.
Can guests cancel a paid booking?
No. Paid tickets cannot be modified by guests through Manage Booking.
